PRINTS
Limited Edition giclee prints, numbered, signed by the artist and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
All prints are supplied unmounted and unframed rolled into a cardboard postal tube for ease and safety in shipping.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, please browse our site and select ‘Add to Cart’ alongside item(s) you wish to buy. Clicking ‘checkout’ will take you to the purchasing / payment area, where you can view and edit your cart, and specify quantities required of each item. The total value of your order, including Postage and Packing, will then be calculated and sent forwards to Paypal, when the checkout procedure is completed.
PAYMENT
Payment online is via Paypal, by credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase items. All payments on our website are processed by Paypal, on their secure server.
Upon payment we will send you a receipted invoice by post or e-mail. All prices are in pounds sterling, at 0% VAT in the UK.
DELIVERY
Delivery in the UK is free via Royal Mail. It will require a signature on delivery. To see overseas shipping costs, add items to the cart and select your country from the menu.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to despatch orders within 3-4 days of receipt. Notification email of despatch of your order will be sent to you.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us so that we can cancel the order on our system before authorizing your payment. If your print(s) have already shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days (see below).
RETURNING POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at LELIC in order to claim the refund.
